Corner and park-facing plots follow their issued site plan: a corner plot keeps a 6 × 6 ft chamfer at the corner (10 × 10 ft where both roads are 60 ft or wider), and no doors or windows may open towards a park at the side or rear (clause 3.11). Furniture is illustrative.
